Last week I traveled with my whole family to Hubei to meet our new daughter Betsy. Betsy is 11 months old and is loving life with her new family!

One of my greatest friends and amazing creative entrepreneur Shed Simove recently released a book titled “What Every Man Thinks About Apart From Sex” The book inside is completely blank, and it made it to the best sellers list on amazon getting to number 47. Shed came to Beijing 3 years ago when I asked him to speak at Plastered’s 2nd year anniverssary and everyone loved him! He’s coming back in May for our 5th year anniersaary too which I’m super excited about. I hope to get him to do a reading from the book!

March 5th marks Lei Feng day and no better way to celebrate than this stunning design. We’ve taken our Lei Feng Stained glass window image and made it into an iconic 8. We can all learn from comrade Lei Feng! This design will be in our stores and online this March!

JUE | Music + Art is an independent urban arts and music festival in both Shanghai and Beijing. Now in its third year, JUE is a collection of alternative, creative and progressive arts and music events over a three-week period every March, presented by Split Works.

Ren Hang recently had his works displayed at the UCCA gallery in 798 and is now becoming a very much celebrated artist in China. He recently approached us after seeing a talk I gave at UCCA and asked to take some photos of models wearing our gear. He are some of the brilliant results! We will be working with Ren Hang on our Spring collection photos in April.

Pangbianr is an independent art/music/film production and distribution platform based in Beijing, China. We organize interdisciplinary cultural events in Beijing, produce original recordings and videos, and distribute work by Chinese artists, musicians and filmmakers internationally.
